Our Impact

This is What Impact Looks Like.

Every grant, every volunteer hour, and every classroom partnership starts with one belief: that kids have the power to change the world. This is what that belief looks like in action.

How We Create Impact

Where it all began

One Dream.
A Movement of Changemakers.

The OtterCares Foundation was born from the simple yet powerful dream of one person — lifelong giver Nancy Richardson, who was passionate about connecting Otter Products employees to the joy of giving. That dream became a foundation, and the foundation became a movement.

Ever since, we’ve invested in the young people who have the power and the heart to make our world better: the makers, the doers, and the givers. We connect Otter employees with grant dollars that turn big ideas into real learning opportunities — proving a business can do well and do good. And our work is far from finished.
