I enjoy helping others and wanted to gain a better understanding of the needs our community has.

Who or what has influenced your volunteer work (why do you volunteer?):

From a very young age my parents taught me the importance of serving others. They are the reason that I enjoy volunteering as much as I do.

Describe a volunteer activity you have been involved in that relates to the OtterCares purpose statement

I have judged science fairs and volunteered in classrooms.

Describe your favorite volunteer activity (either one time or ongoing):

I participated in the Pack-2-School event last year and realized that I wanted to become an ambassador. I loved the event and enjoyed helping the kids get ready for school

Why do you think the OtterCares purpose is important?:

OtterCares is so important because it helps kids realize their potential and work towards something they enjoy.
