April is National Volunteer Month and we’re excited to celebrate by encouraging our employees to volunteer all month long. We hope that by providing our employees with an outlet for volunteerism and philanthropy we will create healthier, safer and stronger communities. In fact, we’re so passionate about giving back that we now offer employees 24 hours of paid time off each year for volunteering!
Finding unique and innovative ways to utilize this time off, Otters have been out and about working in their children’s schools, cleaning cages at local animal shelters, serving meals at a nearby mission and more.
