OtterBox Entrepreneurial Scholarships

May 22, 2014

Entrepreneurial drive is the backbone of OtterBox, and in 2007, Nancy and Curt Group PhotoRichardson created the Entrepreneurial Scholarship to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit in local students. In 2014, graduating seniors from 7 different Poudre School District high schools submitted applications. A committee of OtterBox, Blue Ocean Enterprises, and OtterCares employees selected 3 young entrepreneurs to receive the Entrepreneurial Scholarship to help them pursue their dreams.

These 3 exceptional and entrepreneurial students are very active in their schools and in the community. They serve in leadership positions in various organizations and athletic teams and give back to our community by volunteering with a variety of nonprofit and faith organizations. These students are also high achievers in the classroom, receiving high GPA rankings, taking AP classes, and obtaining ACT scores well above the state average.
