We cannot say enough about the International Society for Technology in Education, ISTE. Our Impact and Education Director, Sarah, has been a member for over 5 years, and it is her go-to place for connecting to PLNs, participating in PD webinars and connecting to educators around the world.
Due to mass school cancellations in March 2020, Minecraft Education Edition is now offered free to ALL teachers and students with O365 accounts. There are great ISTE resources on how to use virtual worlds for interdisciplinary collaborative learning (yes, you can even use MEE with Kindergartners, and it’s complex enough to challenge 12th graders).
