Congratulations to our Q2 Impact Fund grant recipients! We are thrilled and privileged to partner with these wonderful programs and organizations who share our passion and vision of inspiring kids to change the world through entrepreneurship and philanthropy.
Congratulations to the following organizations:
- Homeless Gear, Inc. and their “Coins for Change” program. Coins for Change is an awareness-building campaign through which local students learn about service and homelessness and practice leadership skills and collect loose change in an effort to address the issue.
- Fossil Ridge High School and their “ACE” program. The ACE program aims to to simulate a real world business through a school based venture in order to teach customer service skills, teamwork, collaboration, problem solving, ledger sheets, business planning, and marketing, with the intention of creating a self-sufficient employee.
- St. Vrain Valley School District and the expansion of “MESArc” program to the Innovation Center. MESArc stands for Math, Engineering, Science, and Achievement Remote Control. Evolving over the years, the MESArc program has become a proven STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) outlet for middle school students. The program involves the use of the FT STEM Engineering and Design Cycle to design, create, and test scratch build remote control ground and air vehicles while adhering to STEM content and associated standards.
- Cache La Poudre Elementary and their “Stand Up Entrepreneurship” program. Using the Stand-up Entrepreneurial project as a model, students will have resources to help them take their passions in design and manufacturing to create usable products that benefit others and themselves.
