The OtterCares Foundation is extremely lucky to have a strong group of dedicated and passionate individuals who go the extra mile to help make our mission come to life among our employees and the community. Our OtterCares Ambassadors work within their departments to help share our stories, inspire their coworkers to get involved and are focused on helping the Foundation inspire and equip the next generation of entrepreneurs and philanthropists. Every year, we select one OtterCares Ambassadors that has truly gone above and beyond to receive our annual Silver Heart Award. This year, we recognized Adam C. for his contributions to our community, our company and our Foundation. Adam, who works in our Innovation and Project Management Department, uses his passion for giving back to encourage others to get involved and truly believes in motivating and educating young people.
