Employee Engagement and Programs Manager
OtterCares has an opening for an Employee Engagement and Programs Manager. Come join our team as we continue to fulfill our mission to bring the spirit of entrepreneurship and philanthropy to our community.

Position Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement
- Leads, directs and implements processes/systems.
- Connect schools and nonprofits to Otter Products Employees and their time and talents. Assist in creating and implementing opportunities and needs.
- Create and manage sign-up genius options for partners/departments and executive leadership team (ELT)
- VTO Report: Receive, prepare, and send to OtterCares Ambassadors, Otter Directors and upper management.
- Dollars for Doers process/implementation oversight, Foundation Source grant processing, and check distribution.
- Student visits – Coordinate rooms (reserve rooms and schedule areas to visit), manage logistics (food, parking, directions), and connect Otters for VTO.
- New Otter Trainings- content oversight/training.
- OtterCares Ambassadors program direction and oversight.
- closed2open project management/oversight.
- Review grant applications and score requests as needed.
- Oversee mail sorting and distribution.
- Order and track needed office supplies.
- Coordinate office cleaning schedule with Blue Tide Team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of nonprofit experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentation preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year
