The best way to build an entrepreneurial mindset is to put students in the driver’s seat. That’s exactly what the staff at Windsor High School believed when they pitched a student-led school store.

Students lead every part of the Windsor Wizard Workshop — from floral arrangements to handcrafted Adirondack chairs — gaining the business and soft skills they’ll carry for the rest of their lives. Whether they go on to own a business or lead within one, they leave with real experience.

Through collaboration and partnership, the Wizard Workshop has become a genuine entrepreneurial hub for the school.
