Born from one teacher's passion for flight, MESArc students scratch-design remote-controlled airplanes, cars, and drones while learning what it takes to run a business.

MESArc at Lucile Erwin Middle School began with one teacher’s passion for flight — and grew into something much bigger.

Today, students scratch-design remote-controlled airplanes, cars, and drones while working through the real process of running a business. It’s STEM learning with a throttle: hands-on, high-energy, and grounded in genuine entrepreneurship.

What started as a single spark of interest has become a launchpad for young makers and builders.
